Being a good teacher can be the most rewarding and exciting job in the world. If you didn't like this job you should never work it. Good teacher should have several characteristics in order to reach his goal which is student's understanding. He should have a lot of tenacity and empathy also he should build a good relationship with students based on respect and acknowledging. Building good relationship with your students can motivate them to a successful learning. Furthermore, classroom management is the thing that every teacher should know how to deal with it in order to help learning. So teacher should not only know how to manage his work but also how to manage and save time in order to make learning meaningful. Finally, you should know that to teach is to touch lives for ever.

DeleteIt is a very important point to improve our management in classrooms. Also we should pay attention to the diversity of students according to their languages , physical shapes, races, intelligence or socioeconomic level.
