An organizer of an event is the person who makes sure that all necessary things and arrangements are made. It's his role to manage and plan for the event in order to achieve a successful work. Organizers, should have a lot of tenacity and empathy and they should collaborate, coordinate with each others and work hard because the success of the event means the success of the team. This year i worked as an organizer in two events. The first time was when the Lebanese International University organized workshops for teachers from different schools and it was a productive event and the second time i participated in the organization of the conference of Women's affairs and also it reached success. This experience was important for me and it gives me more confidence which develop my personality. Finally, a lot of events are coming this semester and will never stop participating in such events!! :)

Sure thing Sara! Being an organizer is not an easy thing, you have to keep alert all the time to make sure that everything is going okay. I have been participating as an organizer since my first year, and its my ultimate pleasure, for it became part of my personality...
ReplyDeleteyes, it's not an easy thing but whenever you have a team that works with you, understands you and your reactions, then this will let you feel more relieved and will let your help be more beneficial and get better results than what you expected.
